This new 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home, Casa Sonya, is the place to stay in comfort while you explore the Riviera Maya. Designed by the owner for their personal use, as well as for vacation rentals, you will find that all the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation are provided in this spacious house. Before you enter the front door, you will be impressed at once by the lovely garden and pool, both which tempt you to go no further and instead immediately relax in the hammock. There are also ample garden furniture and lounge chairs on the large poolside patio.

Once inside Casa Sonya, you will notice the natural illumination provided by the glass entry, the beautiful marble floors, the mahogany dining and living room tables and many more features not normally found in vacation homes. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Here you will have a chance to relax and enjoy your vacation since all services are provided including pool and garden service, as well as maid service which is provided three times a week.

Playacar Phase II Community
Ideal for family get-togethers, as well as a gathering of a group of friends, this newly constructed home is ideally located in the Playacar Phase II community. Although not beachfront, Casa Sonya is only a five minute walk to the oceanfront Reef Resort. Guests are offered the use of the Playacar VIP Card, which gives you free access to the pool, lounge chairs and beach area. For a greatly discounted fee, you may purchase a full or half day pass at the resort which allows you to enjoy the all-inclusive benefits, as well as discounts in the Playacar Golf Club and several shops in the area. If you are a golfer, you will be pleased to know that Casa Sonya is just a 5 minute walk to the Playacar Golf Clubhouse.
If you prefer shopping and/or a bit of nightlife to golfing, sunbathing or touring the nearby Mayan ruins, you'll find that it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue. Known locally as Quinta Avenida, the pedestrian walkway is where you will find wonderful restaurants, bars and endless shopping possibilities!
