 Villa Xaguar is a group of 5 separate Mediterranean-style villas surrounded
by large trees and gardens. There is a delightful pool and a cenote
with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located a 10 minute
walk from town and just 45 meters to the beach. You can walk to
everything!
The One Bedroom Studio with Kitchenette holds up to 4 people and
has a stove (no oven), kitchen utensils, mini-refrigerator, microwave,
air conditioning, King size bed plus sofa bed and a terrace with
table and hammock.
The studio is surrounded by large trees and is on the main floor
of the 4 bedroom villa, but is completely independent. It shares
an ample pool with four villas. Nearby Attractions
Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from Cancun airport and is
ideally located. Take day trips to Cozumel Island for fantastic
reef diving and snorkeling, visit nearby ruins of Tulum and Chichen
Itza, enjoy biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding,
golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, boating, windsurfing, the local
